Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using the aci44 platform. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by everything set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aci44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the aci44 online casino and sports betting platform at aci44.pro. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. 2. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

The registered user account created by a Player on the aci44 Platform through which all gaming, betting, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus activities are conducted.
Non-withdrawable credits awarded as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
Know Your Customer — the identity verification process aci44 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.
Any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome available through the aci44 Platform.
3. Eligibility
Access to and use of the aci44 Platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. aci44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to be in breach of these requirements.

- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on aci44. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- Personal Use Only: Your aci44 Account is for your personal use only. You may not share credentials, allow third-party access, or use the Platform on behalf of another person.
- Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure accessing and using aci44 is lawful in your jurisdiction. aci44 makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific location.
4. Account Registration & Verification
To use the full functionality of aci44 — including placing real-money wagers and processing withdrawals — you must register an Account and complete the KYC verification process. Registration is free. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method — must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
- Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. aci44 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility.
- KYC Documents: aci44 may require you to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership. All submitted documents must be clear, unaltered, and valid.
- Account Suspension Pending Verification: aci44 reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including betting and withdrawals — until the KYC process is satisfactorily complete. This is a standard fraud prevention measure applied to all new accounts.
- Account Closure: You may request closure of your aci44 Account at any time by contacting our support team. aci44 reserves the right to close any Account in breach of these Terms without prior notice. Pending verified withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method upon closure.
All personal and financial data collected during the KYC process is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or fraud prevention obligations.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on aci44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods available at the time of the transaction. aci44 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
- Deposit Methods: aci44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All deposits must be made from accounts or cards registered in your own name.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account verified in your name. aci44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. You must complete the KYC process before your first withdrawal is approved.
- Processing Times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes for verified accounts; Rocket and Upay within fifteen minutes; bank transfers within one to three business hours. aci44 does not guarantee these timeframes but makes every reasonable effort to meet them.
- Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. aci44 may apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
- Refused Transactions: aci44 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal suspected to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. Relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
aci44 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in offer-specific terms.
- Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. Requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each offer.
- One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. Players who previously held an account or open a second account to claim a welcome bonus are not eligible, and any bonus funds claimed in such circumstances will be forfeited.
- Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered; live casino and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Exact contribution rates are published in each offer's specific terms.
- Bonus Abuse: aci44 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including coordinated betting patterns designed to reduce risk, use of automated tools, or exploitation of errors in bonus terms.
- Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire according to the timeframe stated in each offer's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account balance without compensation. aci44 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
7. Gameplay & Fair Play
All games on the aci44 Platform are sourced from certified third-party providers whose random number generators and live dealer systems are independently audited. aci44 does not operate or influence the outcome of any game. The following conditions govern gameplay on the Platform.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, aci44 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to Players' accounts. Any winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.
- Internet Connectivity: aci44 is not responsible for losses incurred due to interrupted or unstable internet connections. Players should ensure a stable data connection — particularly during live betting events — before placing wagers.
- Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must contact aci44 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. aci44 will investigate and provide a final decision within five business days. The decision of aci44 on game outcome disputes is final.
- Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sports data provider used by aci44. aci44 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aci44 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or financial investigation authorities.
- Fraud & Money Laundering: Using aci44 for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. aci44 employs transaction monitoring systems and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Collusion & Match Fixing: Any collusion between Players, or participation in match fixing or any scheme designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games, is prohibited. aci44 cooperates fully with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement when investigating such matters.
- Automated Software: The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with aci44 without human intervention is prohibited.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds legitimately deposited on aci44 is prohibited. aci44 treats chargebacks as a breach of these Terms and reserves the right to recover funds and close the associated account.
- Exploitation of Errors: If you become aware of a technical error or system malfunction that allows wagers at incorrect odds or produces artificially high payouts, you must cease play immediately and notify aci44 support. Any winnings generated from a known error are void.
9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aci44 excludes all liability for losses and damages arising from your use of the Platform. The following specific exclusions apply.
